SANFORD, FL, August 15, 2014 – Fast Aviation has launched a new website where buyers and sellers of aircraft parts can easily join together to keep the general aviation community thriving. Currently there is no central website where people can locate the parts they need to keep their aircraft flying. Having to make multiple calls to locate a part is a thing of the past.
Hangarswap.com will be a membership driven e-commerce site where sellers no longer have to pay an ever increasing commission for the privilege of selling their parts. The site is clean and easily navigated to find and purchase aircraft parts.
According to the GAMA, (General Aviation Manufacturers Association), the general aviation community contributes more than $150 billion to the U.S. Economy annually and employs more than 1.2 million people.
Rachel Payne (CEO) said, “As a new company most of our business was generated through a large auction site. This all came to a halt on August 4th when our account was suddenly closed. Since a majority of our revenue was generated through this site we were forced to find a better way to sell used aircraft parts. We received numerous emails wanting to know why we were no longer selling parts and once we explained our situation many encouraged us to build a community website.”
