During this time, the aircraft went through an extensive entry for restoration and repairs. The exterior paint on the fabric has a good shine and is in good condition. The interior is in nice condition. The side panels and headliner are very nice. All stitching is tight with no noticeable sagging.

The Taylorcraft was restored in an original fashion. The avionics/instruments are for VFR and as if it was still 1946. It has been hangared most of it’s life until recently.

SOLD!!!!!!! 1952 Piper Pacer PA-20 $10,500 SOLD!!!!!!!!

N1549A

SN 20-752

TTAF: 2573 HRS

Last Annual: 08/18/1978

Airframe: Aircraft has been in storage for the last 28 years and recently was put under a covered outdoor hangar. It appears that it has been worked on in the not too distant past but it seems that nothing was logged. Unfortunately, the logbooks and records have not been maintained to keep pace with the obvious work done to the aircraft. No indications of damage, now or in the past. The airframe, paint, and interior all look to be in good condition. The paint on the fabric looks to be in nice condition, smooth finish, no runs. The avionics/instruments are basic VFR.

Powerplant:

Engine: Lycoming O-320

TT: 2344.6 HRS (By Tachometer) Not sure if this is for the original engine or the o-320 that was installed

SMOH: SEE BELOW

Annual inspections were indicated till 10/16/1971 when the engine was overhauled at an indicated tachometer time of 2344.6 hours. The last entry indicated was on 08/18/1978 for an annual inspection. The logbook indicates the engine was upgraded by STC 337 to the Lycoming 150 HP O-320. There are also a couple yellow sticky notes indicating the engine total time in service of 623.7 HRS and 218.7 since major overhaul. The tachometer time at this annual is indicated to be 2543.0 HRS.

Propeller: The propeller on the Pacer looks good, no chips, nicks, or issues but there are no indications of being inspected beyond the weight and balance done in 1971.

SOLD!!!!!!  1946 Ercoupe 415-C  $9500 SOLD!!!!!!

N87294

SN 467

TTAF: 2668 HRS

Last Annual: 1/19/2012

Airframe: Wings were recovered in 1986 with Stitts poly-fiber process-completed according to STC SA-1008WE. Airframe appears to be in decent condition, some paint chipping from sitting the past couple years. The wing inspection has been performed but since it is out of annual, it will need to be complied with again.

This Ercoupe comes with landing lights on the main wheels which is a rare option and hard to find. The aircraft is equipped with VFR radios and instruments. It has a mount for a handheld gps. The Ercoupe has not had a rudder pedal conversion. It is in pretty original condition, including the paint scheme. She was used as a pleasure aircraft and was flown “on Sunday’s with good weather.”

Powerplant:

Engine: C85-12, original engine

TT: 2668 HRS

SMOH: 254 HRS

According to the engine logbooks, this engine only indicates a time since overhaul of 254 hours. However, this overhaul was completed more than 12 years ago and manufacture recommends an overhaul at 1800 hours or 12 years, whichever comes first. This being said, the engine can still be utilized for the type of service the aircraft is expected to perform under FAA Part 91. As long as the engine is inspected and certified to be in an airworthy condition and continues as such on annual basis.   The Ercoupe last flew in 2012 and is believed to run good.

Fuel Capacity: 18 Gallons

This would be an easy, get her up and going project for someone. ESPECIALLY if you can’t get a medical as this aircraft falls under LSA weight requirements. It is believed that this aircraft could be ferried after some work and inspections are accomplished. It is up to your mechanic/IA to assume airworthiness and state of condition before flying.
